Shop Policies

All domestic shipping within the United States uses USPS, which normally takes 3-4 days on average.
For international orders, please check with your local carrier for transit times.

If you live in Seattle, or surrounding areas, you are given an option for free local pick up.
If you choose this option, you will receive a message after check out via your provided email scheduling a pick up time.
Pick up location is within Downtown, Seattle.

I want to make sure that you love your purchase as much as I do, but I can not be responsible for normal everyday wear and tear. This means returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case bases. If there are any issues with your order, please fill out a contact form here or send a message to hello@seektospring.com within 7 days of shipment delivery.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
If you are requesting a return or exchange due to product quality, I kindly ask that you include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo.
Please double check your shipping address! Refunds may not be guaranteed if an incorrect address is provided.
All items marked as “delivered” by USPS are considered delivered for the purpose of refunds or cancellations.
Once the order is delivered to USPS, I am no longer responsible for the shipment.
All return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
All customs and import taxes will be at the expense of the buyer.

The nature of digital products do not allow for returns or exchanges. All sales of digital products are final.
Digital downloads will be sent via a secure link to the email provided at check out. This link is available for 24 hours, so please check your junk folder and download promptly.

All Procreate Brush and Vector Mock Up purchases are covered by a personal and commercial license. This means that you may use the purchased asset in personal projects or up to 5,000 end products for sale.
You may NOT resell the files in their original form.
Each purchase is for an individual license. Do not share the files with anyone else.

Shipping Times for U.S. Orders: Certain items are produced and shipped through Printify, so shipping times can vary depending on the supplier, shipping company, and your selected shipping option. Here’s an estimate for orders shipping within the U.S.:
Tough Phone Cases: 4–8 business days
Magnetic Tough Phone Cases: 2–5 business days
Apparel: 2-5 business days
International Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. If you’re outside the U.S. and need more details, feel free to reach out!
Colors on screen may differ slightly from actual product.
Order Issues: I’m not responsible for shipping errors on the manufacturer’s end, but if something is off with your order, please let me know. I’ll do my best to help make it right.
